Hello my name is Jeni Weckesser and welcome to my online portfolio! Photography is and always will be a passion of mine. Life is precious and it is my job to capture all of those milestones to create memories to last you a lifetime. I am 25 years old and am from Linthicum, Md. I have a Photography Certificate from A.A.C.C and have been working in the photography field for over 8 years now. I previously co-owned a photography studio but decided to venture out on my own. I am currently going for my Bachelor's in Business and Visual Communications, and I am a stay at home mom with my beautiful 2 year old little girl. Working on my own allows me to work from home, have flexibility to my customers, and to enjoy time with my husband and child. I have worked for Lifetouch, Picture People, and other portrait studios which have added to my expertise and my knowledge of photography. I have learned many things along my journey in life and have found something that truly makes me happy and not many people can say that. Photography Contract of Sale
Thank you for choosing Photography by Jeni, sole owner name Jennifer Widerman. This contract is to document that you have chosen I Jennifer Widerman-Weckesser to Photograph your special event. As listed on the price form and below you are receiving the services for the package that you have selected. All images will be corrected and have retouching that varies from basic retouching to complete retouching on the portraits of the Bride and Groom. On the day of your event there are to be no other professional photography equipment permitted to photograph unless previously agreed upon between myself (Jennifer Widerman-Weckesser) and the contracted parties. This includes digital SLR’s, professional flashes. Now I know your family and loved ones all want to photograph memories from your wedding too and that is ok, however when the bridal party and bride and groom portraits are being photographed, there will be no one permitted in the area except for the subjects being photographed. The reason why is copyright. I work very hard to assure my customers beautiful, affordable portraits; and when other people are snapping cameras behind me not only is it a distraction, but may cause flash spots in your portraits that I photographs which I will not be responsible for as it will result in breach of contract. You are on a tight timeline as it is and I just want to make sure that the time we have together is worth the money that you are spending. All of your images will be posted to my website where your loved ones can purchase them for an inexpensive rate, or when you receive your prints you can account for all of them who want portraits. Now if your package comes with a portrait CD, you will receive a copyright release and the images will belong to you. It will take 90 days after your event for all editing. After the 90 days we will then sit and review all of your images. Based on volume of work this could vary, but 90 days is my deadline. I will be using all high resolution/mega pixel digital equipment/software. I, Jennifer Widerman-Weckesser am not responsible for damage or missing images due to a defaulted memory card, acts of God to include all weather related incidents, or a corrupted memory cards. Your money will not be refunded. You are paying for my services. I purchase new memory cards regularly so the odds of this happening is slim to none but just as a precaution Photography by Jeni will not be responsible. There is a non-refundable 30% deposit that is due at time of signing this contract. The remaining balance can be paid in full or broken up into monthly installments. Your Event must be paid for in full 30 days before your event takes place, unless negotiated different by Jennifer Widerman-Weckesser and contracted parties. If there is a separate payment arrangement there will be documentation for that arrangement as well. All images are sole property of Jennifer Widerman-Weckesser. If they are duplicated or reproduced without a copyright or written permission, I then assume the right to obtain legal representation for copyright infringement. That first introduction to world is important. With a traveling studio that sets up right in the privacy of your home, be sure to capture his or hers first days providing you with memories to last a lifetime. Sitting fees start at $50 (free with purchase of $200 or more) and packaging ranging from $46-$400...will be sure to ensure all your loved ones help celebrate your little one's arrival by giving them a special keepsake portrait. Custom announcements, enlargements, and collages also available (pricing based on design and quantity).
Sitting Fee: $25 Outdoor, $50 Indoor Backdrop and Lighting setup.
Sitting fee will be waived with purchases of $200 or more.
Sheets: $15 per sheet as is color print.
